Day 1 to Day 3 happened before the game starts. Game starts off on Day 4.
Day 4: >Speak with Kimiko (the girl in shrine maiden outfit looking at the flowers) and she will bring you into the shrine for cleansing. Leave the shrine afterwards.
Keep walking downwards and exit the shrine place.
>Walk towards Nagisa's house, look at the glass door where there is a fox in shrine maiden outfit. After she disappears, walk to the front door and ring the bell.
>When inside, walk to the upper living room and talk to the lady facing the red decorated clothes (Nagisa's mom). After speaking with Nagisa's mom, leave the house.
>At the factory, walk straight upwards and try the factory door (which appears to be locked). Leave the way you came from.
>Enter your house through the front door. Walk up the stairs to your room at the right (at the upper right of the living room). Sleep in the bed.
Day 5: >Leave your room and head downstairs.
>After the phone call, pick up the note by the wall near the stairs. Leave your house through the front door at the bottom left.
>Walk down to into the hospital. Follow the path past the reception and up the stairs (If you try the phone by the counter, it will display as unresponsive). Continue upwards until you see a room with light, Room 206, enter the room. A phone is ringing, pick it up (bottom left of the room on the table). Leave the room and head upwards. Enter the elevator and select Floor 3.
>Walk down Floor 3 (you cannot enter any room), there will be a ghost chasing you at the end, sprint away (shift + arrow keys) to the other end and the chase will end. Walk upwards and enter the room with lights on (Radiology). A phone is again ringing, pick it up at the center of the room. There is a first aid kit on the metal drawer. Exit Radiology from the left side of the room.
>Walk upwards until a room with lights on (Room 309). Enter the room and read a note between the book shelves (There's a shiny indicator). Leave the room.
>Walk downwards, after passing the cafeteria, take the turn in and enter Room 312 at the center. The password is 15 (number of chairs and benches on the third floor). Walk straight up (please save the game in the menu) and open the green shelf (there's a shiny indicator), Keys for hospital Floor 4 is obtained. The Fox will enter, just run like your life matters and exit the room ( juke around the tables, also this is why you save the game every now and then). Walk out of the center and down the hallway, go downwards (up the stairs), the door is unlocked with the Floor 4 key.
>Go straight upwards and enter the room (the wooden door, Room 412). A phone is ringing (again), pick it up at the center of the room. Exit the room upwards and you'll find another phone ringing, pick that up too. Save the game. Keep trying to exit the room through the door (it's locked), walk around for a bit and there's an unlocking somewhere. Run out of the room, keep running downwards (down the stairs), continue upwards and enter the elevator, then run down the hallway and down the stairs. The Fox will chase you until you reach the ground floor (where the reception counter is). Leave the hospital.
>Enter your house and head upstairs. After the phone call, go straight to bed.
Day 6: >Head downstairs and exit through the front door.
>At Nagisa's house, walk towards the front door, ring and enter. Walk deeper into the house through the right of upper living room. Follow the hallway and go up the stairs then enter the first room. Open the wooden drawer to obtain a piece of note from Nagisa (there is a shiny indicator). Save the game in the menu, the Fox will chase you as soon as you leave the room (any room actually). Exit the room and go down the stairs. The first note is located in the cabinet in the center of the hallway (all of the notes have shiny indicator). The second note is in the second room from the staircase (downwards - the toilet), by the metal shelf. The third note is in the first room from the staircase, in the box at the left of the room. The fourth note is on the wooden racks in the up stairs hallway. The last note is in the kitchen next to the living room (in the sink). Enter the room where you found the first note (Maybe any room works, never tried that). Leave the house from the front door.
>Back at your house, walk upstairs and go straight to bed.
Day 7: >Leave the house through the front door.
>Walk straight and enter the factory. Follow the path upwards until there is a hatchet on the ground, pick it up (there will be a ring indicator around it). Break the wall in front with the hatchet (there is a shiny indicator). Save the game. Leave the small room, run downwards to the door you came from (remember to save some stamina) and try to open it with the hatchet (which will break). Run back upwards, take the second left turn into the room with many metal benches and open the metal drawer (there's a shiny indicator don't worry), a crowbar is obtained. Walk back to the door where your hatchet broke and use the crowbar (it worked somehow). Leave the factory.
>Walk into the shrine and talk to Kimiko. Walk out of the shrine and enjoy the show. ;)
